1. the program
the reeldrop creator rewards program (the “program”) is operated by 10517933 Canada Ltd.(operating as reeldrop.io, “reeldrop”, “we”). it rewards creators whose qualifying instagram reels reach the view milestones published on reeldrop.io. by participating you agree to these terms, our terms of service, and our privacy policy.
this program is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with instagram or meta platforms, inc. any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the program go to reeldrop, not to meta.
2. eligibility
the program is open to reeldrop account holders (free or paid) who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction and comply with instagram's terms of use. employees and contractors of reeldrop and their immediate families are not eligible. the program is void where prohibited by law. no purchase is necessary to participate.
3. qualifying reels
a reel qualifies only if all of the following are true:
- it was created with or published through reeldrop (scheduled, generated, or captioned in the app), from an instagram account connected to your reeldrop workspace;
- it is publicly visible on instagram at the time of verification and remains public for at least 30 days after publishing;
- it complies with instagram's community guidelines and does not contain unlawful, hateful, or misleading content;
- it was published while the program is running.
4. view counting and verification
views are measured as reported by the instagram graph api for the reel, counted within 90 days of the reel's publish date. we verify milestones against api data for the connected account — screenshots alone are not sufficient. each reel can earn one reward tier (the highest milestone it reaches); rewards do not stack across tiers for the same reel.
5. anti-fraud
purchased, botted, incentivized, or otherwise artificially inflated views disqualify the reel and may disqualify the account from the program entirely. we may request additional verification and may withhold or revoke rewards where we reasonably believe manipulation occurred. our determination is final.
6. rewards and redemption
rewards are subscription credit (e.g. months of the creator plan), merchandise, or, at the top tier, a reward agreed individually with you. rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. to claim a reward, email piyush@reeldrop.io from your account email within 60 days of hitting the milestone. we confirm and apply verified rewards within 14 days of verification.
7. changes and termination
we may modify, suspend, or end the program at any time by updating this page. rewards already verified and confirmed before a change are honored. milestones reached after the program ends do not qualify.
8. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the province of ontario and the federal laws of canada applicable therein. where required by local law (including quebec), participation may be limited or adjusted to comply.
